You can find some in-store but the majority will be available to order online. Plus, ordering online gives you so many more options and with most places offering free shipping and returns these days, there’s really little to no downside or risk if the swimsuit doesn’t work out.

One of the best places to start looking is Amazon (they have everything, don’t they?!). They have a ton of cute tankinis and other swimsuits so you can get a really good idea of what’s available and at what price points. Amazon has everything from super affordable swimsuits made in China to high-end designer swimsuits (possibly also made in China – keep that in mind when looking at the “cheap” ones 😉 ) Something to keep in mind with the cheaper Amazon swimsuits, they often come in sets rather than swim separates. Most of the sets are so cheap compared to other stores that you could order two sets in different sizes to get your top and bottom to fit perfect (because how many women are the same size on top and bottom?!). Then you could even sell or give away the other half of the sets to someone you know!

Something you’ll typically only find in higher priced swimsuits are bra sized tankinis. Victoria’s Secret used to be my go-to for bra sized swimsuits but they stopped making them last season (darn it!). Good news, Target picked up the trend and offers a lot of bra sized swimsuits for a fraction of the price. They also offer standard sizing and full bust sizing so they basically have something for everyone! Gosh, I love Target. They also have a lot of swimsuits with tie backs which make the sizing really flexible. As a nursing mom, I love sizing flexibility!
