Do you accept exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products no refunds or exchanges are accepted. If there is something wrong with the order after receipt of the package, contact us. We are here to help make sure your purchase goes smoothly!
My package did not arrive. What do I do now?
Please use the tracking number provided to you when your order shipped to call USPS to locate the package. Packages that are marked as "Delivered" are considered resolved and can not be the responsibility of All in the Print.
Please kindly understand that we cannot be held liable for USPS, Fedex or UPS deliveries that are delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions, delays due to excessive holiday mail traffic, etc. Particularly during holiday seasons, on occasion, deliveries may be delayed as mail couriers are struggling to keep up with the rise in holiday mail. Although very rare, it can happen on occasion, so we always suggest giving yourself a little wiggle room for delivery if possible.
Where do I put my customization information at for my order?
Most items in our shop offer customization options in the product drop down boxes. If the item you order doesn't offer a customization option, it is your responsibility to enter all customization options in the comments section during checkout to ensure your order is printed accurately. If an established year is part of the product design and we don't receive notes from you in the order process or via email in time before your order is custom printed, we will list the current year as the established year. If your order is printed before we read your email, we cannot be held responsible for misinformation provided during the checkout process. Although we try to reply to emails quickly, sometimes orders are printed faster than we can keep up!
Custom and personalized orders
Choose express shipping at checkout and your order will be upgraded to Fedex 2 Day Delivery! If express shipping is not chosen at checkout, no worries! Your order will ship standard shipping and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days* after it leaves our hands! (*US Domestic shipping only)
Please note that if you place your order and only inform us within the comments section that you need your order rushed, we may not see your notes until your order is printed. At that point, we could not cancel your custom order. We are happy to help you get your order out the door as fast as possible but we ask that you convo us to make any special arrangements beforehand
