Hey there! I’m Meg and this is my outlet for all things creative and informative. As a new mom, wife, and DIYer, I spend a lot of time (my husband might say too much) on Amazon, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and Google looking for tips, advice, design ideas, and everything else under the sun.

It occurred to me recently, while unpacking everything I didn’t use from my hospital bag, that I was WAY over planning based on other people’s suggestions. I’m a pretty low-maintenance person and it seemed there was very little out there that really reflected that type of personality. Thus began The Factual Fairytale, my real-world take on the most beautiful life.
